5 DAY WARRANTY: The purchaser shall have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within five business days of
sale, at the purchaser's sole expense. Should a licensed veterinarian determine that a hereditary/congenital disorder
exists (internal/external parasites, intestinal parasite, coccidiosis, giardia, and/or kennel cough excluded), the purchaser
shall have one of two options:

  1. Return the puppy for a puppy of equal value, OR
  2. Return the puppy and receive a refund of only the purchase price.

*South Fork Kennels does NOT reimburse for any medications or veterinary fees for any reason or delivery charges

SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO RETURN YOUR PUPPY IT MUST BE WITHIN TWO (2) BUSINESS DAYS OF EXAM
BY YOUR VETERINARIAN. X-RAYS, ULTRA SOUNDS, TRACHEAL WASH PROCEDURES AND EMERGENCY
VISITS ARE NOT COVERED. IF THE CUSTOMER CHOOSES AN EMERGENCY TREATMENT CENTER FOR
CARE, IT WILL BE AT THE SOLE EXPENSE OF THE CUSTOMER.

48 HOUR WARRANTY: Should a severe allergy develop due to the presence of the puppy South Fork Kennels will
accept the return of the puppy within 48 hours of purchase after authorization has been granted by South Fork Kennels.
Due to the cost of accepting a puppy that could be exposed to health conditions and stress, there is a 25% return fee.

12 MONTH EXTENDED WARRANTY: Should your puppy, within 12 months from the date of birth, as noted above, is
diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian as having a debilitating or hereditary defect, that in your veterinarians opinion
prevents your puppy from serving you as a companion pet and at South Fork Kennels discretion the purchaser will be
offered one of two options:

  1. Replace the pet with a puppy of equal value, OR
  2. Receive a 100% refund of the original purchase price and the puppy is returned to South Fork Kennels.

THE PURCHASER MUST NOTIFY SOUTH FORK KENNELS WITHIN TWO (2) BUSINESS DAYS OF
DIAGNOSIS AND DIAGNOSIS MUST BE WITHIN THE 12 MONTH WARRANTY PERIOD. To make a claim under
this warranty, the purchaser must provide a signed statement by a licensed veterinarian indicating the date of diagnosis,
the nature of the defect, the reason the defect is hereditary or congenital in nature, and the reason why the defect
prevents the puppy from serving as a companion pet. South Fork Kennels may require a second opinion by our
veterinarian. In all instances, the purchaser will be required to return all original registration documents, warranties and
statement from the veterinarian as well as confirming x-rays.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The following shall govern all provisions of this warranty.

  1. Your puppy has been vaccinated and wormed on a healthy, preventative schedule and will be up to date on all
    vaccinations at the time of purchase. This care must continue on a timely basis including yearly boosters, or this
    contract shall become null & void.
  2. South Fork Kennels sells puppies for companion purposes only. It is required that you spay/neuter the puppy
    unless breeding rights are purchased. South Fork Kennels shall provide no warranty on show/breeding. South
    Fork Kennels supports your interest in involving this puppy in the �Cavaliers for Therapy certification program.

  3. The seller extends this warranty for as long as the purchaser, as stated on this warranty remains the original owner.
  4. Diagnostic procedures are NOT covered.
  5. Remember your new puppy is a baby and should be treated as such. PARVO is deadly!!! Please do not take your
    new baby to public parks or anywhere there may have been a sick dog until two weeks after the last vaccination.
Purchaser acknowledges that this written agreement constitutes the entire agreement regarding the health, condition, or
loss of the puppy between the purchaser and South Fork Kennels and that the purchaser has relied on no oral
representations to this agreement.
